The specific data collected varies by Product. Each Product's documentation describes in detail what information it captures and why.
2.2 How Data is Collected
Our Products collect information automatically as part of their normal operation within your Business Central environment, such as when documents are created, modified, or posted. No data is collected outside of the actions you perform within Business Central.
2.3 Information You Provide to Us
When you contact us for support, purchase a subscription, or communicate with us directly, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any other information you choose to provide.

We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To deliver the features and functionality of our Products
- To provide technical support and respond to your inquiries
- To process transactions and manage your subscription or license
- To improve the performance and reliability of our Products

4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Data Location
All data processed by our Products within your Business Central environment is stored in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant. We do not store, copy, or transmit your Business Central data to our own systems or any third-party systems.
Contact and subscription information you provide to us directly is stored securely within our business systems.
4.2 Data Security
Your Business Central data is protected by:
- Microsoft's enterprise security infrastructure and compliance standards
- Business Central's built-in access controls and data protection mechanisms
- Your organization's own Business Central security configuration
We do not have direct access to your Business Central environment or the data within it.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share your data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Trusted vendors who assist us in operating our business (e.g., payment processing, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

8. Third-Party Services
Our Products are built for and integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which is governed by Microsoft's own privacy policies and terms of service. We encourage you to review Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services or platforms.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Products are designed for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
